There was a run from, like, 2013 to 2018 where damn-near anything he dropped warranted an auto-play, auto-revisit.
I just canât help but feel like heâs been on auto-pilot now for about the last ~5 years. He can def hype a crowd but sometimes it feels like his stuff just sorta bleeds together, subject matter gets kinda redundant.
Itâs, like, what IS there left for him to do? Heads may kill me for this but I feel like having Adonis completely derailed his phase of finding a BeyoncĂŠ and settling down⌠Like, that Pusha diss forever fueled him to keep going, for better or worse, but the direction at 37 just isnât what I expected.

The run from Virginia Beach to Slime You Out is decent and What Would Pluto Do to the end is really good.

But if Kendrick made this exact album yâall would be trying to force yourself to find what the dogs theme means and would appreciate the execution on interludes by snoop, teezo, Clinton, Sade and boat. Like that s*** was thought out
