I don't even think it comes down to the women he be pursuing. Drake has pursued like 862 women at this point. I doubt there wasn't atleast a FEW real decent women that treated him great and were actively trying to pursue a relationship. Then he eventually f***ed it up and did some s***.
He kinda at a point where nobody can tell him anything about himself. Musically if someone calls his release wack he's prob gonna say they're just a hater or are jealous. He doesn't put anymore effort into releasing or promoting his music because he thinks he is above playing by any industry standards.

On my end, the lyrics are the least of the issue but it lacks the soul Drake is known for. The lyrics on Yeezus had passion behind them because it was him being frustrated about the fashion industry and also any bit of criticism he received. You can tell he rapped from the heart with the typical corny one liners attached. Also the prod was and still is godly. Can you honestly say Drake brought his A Game here? The prod is cool but itâs not enough.
