What the F*** does drake care about PHILLY?

My impression is that since 2017ish Drake has only pulled out the caribbean/afrobeat revisionist style a few times for features/collabs, but just isn't doing this on his albums. Would love for him to do a whole album like this tho, this is more or less what I was hoping More Life would be.
