I ain’t gon lie tho, it’s kinda interesting how much flak Drake gets for dropping 20 song albums compared to some other big releases like SOS and Donda which got mad praise despite the longer tracklists. Not saying the criticisms towards drake aren’t valid, just wondering why people don’t keep that same energy for others.

because at this point we know Drake drops a s*** ton of filler on his albums. since Views it’s been this way.
with SZA and Ye, I personally expect them to be discerning enough to only include songs that are necessary to the story they’re trying to tell. Donda was still too long but for me it wasn’t a slog like Dogs. SOS flew by for me too
