You can get back there man. Itâs hard but at this age youâre setting yourself up for a much better time in your 30s+. Iâm working on it too.

I ainât gonna lie I did construction for like 10 years of my life for most of my 20s and I have insane kneepain thatâs unfixableI guess it all depends what u do for a living as well. I ainât even talkin ab age but ur job takes a toll as well
My back hurts n s*** that I tell other ppl my age and they canât relate cuz they have degrees etc lol
