But I get it. These are just opinions at the end of the day. I’m just glad we get to witness a run like drakes regardless of rankings.

His first verse is my favourite. I love this new expressive style of singing. It has so much personality and emotion. I can’t even put it into words. The things he does with his voice on tracks like Hours In Silence, Parade On Cleveland, Falling Back, etc is just so addicting. I definitely want more of whatever that is

The vocals on the 3 other tracks you listed are great. Idk what it is exactly about the beginning of slime you out but I’m just not a fan of that style of singing from drake. It’s the same reason why I never rocked with get along better. I prefer his singing to be more along the lines of love all, girls need love, etc. Still think the song is great though regardless

That makes sense. A lot of ppl who dislike this new stylistic choice prefer his more basic, clean and crisp vocals (Heat of The Moment, Connect, etc).
And that’s understandable since that’s signature Drake. I just love this new direction and want more of it with the old stuff
