TommyCamposJust because you’ll forget about it when the album comes out does not excuse how sloppy this summer has been for an artist of this magnitude. For some reason people think Drake is free of criticism for this s***. Album will be great, I’m sure. But he should try not saying anything until a final product is ready to release. Pretty simple.
Frankly I completley disagree with that. So all his albums should be delayed by a month or two so he can do promo only after the actual album is done? That sounds pretty dumb.
It's been a bit sloppy, but I don't think the average person has felt like that at all because they haven't noticed. You also didn't really respond to any of my points about why it hasn't been that sloppy. Other than him saying "two weeks or some s***" and maybe the summer album stuff at a concert to build hype (not exactly gospel) a month and a half ago, he himself (or even his team, other than some tweets they've liked) haven't really said that much that hasn't turned out to be true.
But even if it's sloppy, sure, but it's worked very well, and everyone is happy. 3 months from first announcement to release is a short while.
