dustyboiMid October is only 2 weeks from Taylor, and she’s 100% the only one he has to worry about. Ed isn’t what he used to be and Taylor is the only one that would knock him from #1. Ed’s last album did 112,000 first week. FATD will be well clear of that second and even third week.

That’s why I think the 22nd is the perfect date. He has the day off before that Friday so he can do a table for one and it gives him a full clear month to be number one.

What about this rollout would make you think he’s been putting thought into it being as successful as possible? He’s done almost the exact opposite since June.

I agree with 9/22, have looked at that date for a while. Only thing is he tends to do exactly what surprises us 😂 can never even be slightly confident in a date

Tbh we’ve been able to find reasonably plausible explanations for 90% of the Fridays since mid-June. Only one we weren’t Dialed In for was Taylor’s drop in July since he obviously wasn’t going to surprise drop against her

has nothing to do with the rollout, it’s just common knowledge that drake is calculated with release times, especially if it’s an album he really cares about like this one
