He shouldâve. But itâs a hype tactic to get people assuming
He could have announced that he'll be dropping an album before the year is over and left it at that.
He's done too many unnecessary things to tease the album that make zero sense because we're still not close to him dropping the album after over 2 months.

No, that was for CLB alone, not Scorpion. He used bill boards for song lyrics with Scorpion but not to announce features.
Oh wait, now that I think about it, he did use bill boards to promo Views as well, right? My bad. I guess it is sort tradition at this point.

Couldâve never been 8/25. Billboard ran with that not sure how as 2 tracks were just done by my company 8/24. Wouldâve been to close to release date. Having said that would expect it in 3 weeks or less imo. Hope we enjoy.
