Well I don't really see any point in complaining when things start to look imminent. And I get the whole thing of artists wanting to tease and be mysterious to garner hype and interest. And no, Drake and Travis aren't artists that have to do that. But on the other hand, they're the exact artists that should be using those tactics. They're the biggest and their releases should feel that way.

I love the briefcase thing. I wish there was a little more form to it, instead of how random it's been. But shoutout to making rollouts fun again.

Yeah and that's how you have situations like when certain songs off CLB got remastered and mixed again AFTER the album had dropped lol.

What's most funny about this to me is Drake acting like anyone was rushing him to drop another album so soon. He could easily have taken his time and not said anything till he was done and was satisfied with what he'd made. Now, he has announced the album and is likely rushing to finish it up lmao. That's all I have an issue with but it's whatever.

I'm still excited for the album. I just think communication about releases shouldn't be confusing to fans and a clear strategy to roll out an album (if an artist wants to use a rollout in the first place) should be in place when the album is ready to be rolled out, not when it is far from being done. That's all.

I just don't want him dropping and then having another major album drop the week after, so he might as well push the album to August instead of doing a rush job to finish it up. There's literally zero reasons for him to rush.

The nationwide newspaper + book release + QR code giving actual daily updates (features, tracklist, cover, release date) during the last week leading up to release would've been some next-level GOAT type hype-building. Should've just teased an album at the shows until it was all ready and done that

Everyone just wants to be mad at me lmao. I said before that Reddit dude said anything that I was more than fine with the albums he dropped in 2022 carrying me throughout this year.

What I have a problem with is the miscommunication with fans surrounding the book and how it was used to act like the album would be dropping soon when that wasn't the case. And now, with teasing an album every day you perform when you're likely not close to being done with it. There's a reason why he keeps saying ''I'll drop this summer.'' Summer doesn't end till the end of September so anytime from now till then will still fall in line with that, so is the plan to keep teasing the album every other day for weeks till then? That's what I don't get lol, especially when he didn't need to do any of this s*** for the album he JUST dropped lol.
