Technically, artists can drop music on whatever day they please, however most of them drop music on Fridays because it's the beginning of the tracking week. Dropping on a Friday maximizes the impact of your music's debut on music charts.

The last time he dropped a project on a day that wasn't Friday was September 2015 with WATTBA, almost 8 years ago. It's not impossible but it's unlikely.
