Yeah and that'd mean he'd be revisiting the spirit of some of his past material sonic-wise, no? Because that's what the entire tour aesthetic is about imo. And if so, he did that on CLB and people were saying he was trying to remake his older songs but was only succeeding in making weaker versions of them.

Personally, I'd like for him to try something else sonically. Not revisiting old s***.

CLB sucked outside of a few bright spots. Maybe his most phoned in album out of them all. and he baited us with that trailer that went thru all his old covers

Edit: I get what you’re saying now and yeah I just liked the look. Sonically I hope he goes to BNYX and maybe raps this time on some HNVM type beats. Outside of HNVM his projects always seemed like mashups of all his song formulas at the time even his best work so I don’t think CLB was different in that
