DLDT was a surprise drop? He played some of it on IG live and released it because of a demand from the leaks. Doesn't sound like much of a surprise drop

IvoryBruh this is the dumbest s*** I've ever read. WLR isn't a fraction of as good as Die Lit. Drake has an entire discography of albums better than all of Cartis projects too lol.
Maybe if this comment was aboiut Eminem in the past 10 years I'd see your point but Carti can't put WLR up against Drakes worst. Y'all still in the honeymoon phase of this album. It's got 5 decent tracks.

It was a surprise drop. People didn’t think they were getting anything official from the leaks and new tracks and besides that many people who don’t go out their way to listen to his leaks wouldn’t have heard them.

Exactly. He just posted it out the blue. We all heard the leaks but nothing about an official release and couple new tracks of them. Could’ve easily have been kept in the vault.
