Idk, they just don't like him but he's great at what he does. He's interviewed more artists than damn near everyone else too. He's sat down with legends from every genre of music. I like his interviews and he's also a producer so when he gets the chance, he digs deep into the making of the music which most journalists don't do.

Yeah, that or they catch him at a party or some random event and press him for an interview/collab and he tells them what they want to hear and dips outta there lol.

The funny thing is that if Drake wants to do an interview, he's the one who'll hit you up. His last two interviews with Elliott Smith (CRWN in 2013 and the one in 2019), he hit up Elliott and set the whole thing up. His last interview with Zane Lowe in 2016 was set up by him. Same with every other little appearance/sit down he's had over the years. He turns everything down or tells people what they want to hear without actually following through until HE'S ready to do it.

Same with collabs as well. If Drake f***s with your s***, he can go as far as sending you a song or asking you to send a song for him to jump on, so when I see people doing the most and jumping the gun in regards to working with Drake, I hardly pay it any mind because that s*** will never see the light of day until Drake himself says so.
