very dumb bro. imagine how many classics we could’ve gotten from these two smh i do feel that if Nas & Jay could peace s*** up, there’s still hope for these two, despite their beef reaching a higher high than Hov v Nas

hoping by 2032-ish we get reconciliation collab lol

There's zero hope for that ever happening so just move on.

Look Kendrick is my goat but I’ll say straight up that he’s probably soft af too because you can tell drake having his arm around him in those pictures around that time would have pissed him off. He’s one of those people where the smallest thing would probably offend him lol or it’s just that he doesn’t like being lil bro’d

That said, it’s always been a two way thing between these two.

Like That wasn’t out of nowhere either because if we remember a few months before it came out drake was even dissing Kendrick on stage when he was saying he’s ‘not like artists who take years to release albums’. It was only after fans realised he was dissing Kendrick that he had to come out at his next show clarifying that he wasn’t talking about anyone in particular 😂😂

They send a subliminal to each other every year lol

they both competitive and both emotional. you’re spot on with your a***ysis

he hasnt even been at the largest north american festival so thats what sparked me to combat that

That ain’t gonna happen. Kendrick has made it clear that he doesn’t respect Drake as a rapper because of the ghostwriting s***.

i would be tight if i enlisted sza, serena williams, demar, lebron, UMG, jay, superbowl nfl, pdfile allegation, hidden daughter, whole westcoast, roc nation media niggas, grammies etc.

kendrick crashed out, drake still being drake after this is wild. as long as he makes music and can rap about his experience the other side is gonna look crazy.

dot just being known as an emotional hater isnt what i expected

I don't need it to turn into violence but Kendrick and Drake have zero reason to ever be cool with one another. They haven't collaborated in almost 15 years now and Kendrick pissed on the last chance for that to ever happen.

It's just hilarious seeing someone like Punch go on a Twitter rant about there needing to be "unity" in rap. There'll never be unity ever again and you can thank Kendrick and every other nigga who was acting fake towards Drake while benefiting from him for that

That's a foolish reason to "hate" someone. Kendrick hated Drake because he's a hater. Not because of his reaction to Control.

it could be foolish to us but we’re all human. im sure there’s people you dislike for trivial reasons, s*** is human nature

i dont think Kendrick flipped a switch and started hating this nigga out the blue though. Something happened

Kendrick was a fan of Drake and Drake was a fan of Kendrick. Both sung a lot of praises about each other before 2013 & even briefly after 2013

People still believing Kendrick went at Drake for altruistic purposes are idiots. Dude is a midget mindless hater who had to spend an entire career watching Drake be more successful than him and couldn't take it anymore when it turned into Drake and Cole linking up and being buddy buddy while also being more successful than he was at the time.

Don't even let me get into the whole other discussion about how mainstream rap is cooked commercially moving forward.

DJ Lewis needs to show Drake this one man, actual comedy

Kendrick was mad his career been overshadowed and has to resort to calling someone a pedophile. Legit Trump playbook like a lil kid throwing a tantrum but it gets paraded. Sad. Elon musk did the exact same thing when that diver rescued those kids in a cave because Elon couldn’t do it first, he called that heroic diver a pedophile. Kendrick LaMAGA

Kendrick and Drake squashing the beef is more likely than Pusha and Drake. When they both get into their old mature calm phases, the chances of ending the beef is more likely than you think, similar to Jay and Nas, 50 and Fat Joe/Jadakiss and Gucci and Jeezy, even Kanye and Drake for a lil moment but Kanye was just too reckless.

Only stans want them to hate each other forever because they feel like their whole life purpose of protecting their favorite artist (mental illness) would be for nothing. But it's not about you anyway

A lot of people who turned on Drake are people who have worked with him and pretended to f*** with him for years. It wasn't until they saw an opportunity to all go at Drake as a group that they revealed how they really felt about him so miss me with this s***.

You know nothing about what goes on behind the scenes with any of these people. You’re just loud and then dismissive of anything painting Drake in a less than positive light. Take a step back.

It seems that if jealousy of Drake’s success was the motive for Kendrick, he would’ve made more attempts to appeal to the mainstream over the last 15 years. That line of thinking doesn’t make sense.

Oh yes, I'm not saying Kendrick suddenly started hating on Drake. Man, look, Drake had 40 make a beat and send it to Kendrick so he could have an interlude on Take Care where Kendrick rapped about absolutely anything. Kendrick chose to rap about his feelings of inadequacy about Drake's position in the game and how much further ahead Drake was than him at that point in their respective careers. He gets points for honesty but that reveals the dynamic that's always existed between them. On Drake's end, he saw Kendrick as the homie who he thought was f***ing talented and who he wanted to bring a shine on any which way he could at that point, which is why he gave him an interlude on Take Care, took him on tour and gave him F***in' Problems for GKMC.

It wasn't as a way to "son" Kendrick. It was out of genuine love for another artist he respected. You don't do that much good for someone you hate.

Again, even going back as far as 2014 OVO Fest, there's footage of Drake shouting out Kendrick, calling him talented as f*** and wishing him the best. Drake has only ever shown love to niggas and wanted to see everyone do well. That's why he'd give out so many of his own hits to these niggas. No one doing that is doing it for themselves lol.

I'm not trying to say Drake is perfect or anything but people expecting him not to feel a way about people he helped out on multiple levels, switching on him out of the blue (because everyone keeps assuming Drake must have done something to deserve what happened to him but no one will come out and say what Drake did to them), is ridiculous. He's also a human being and he has every right to never f*** with them ever again and to never stop throwing shots at them.

If someone legit helped me out at points in my life and career when I desperately needed it, if we have a falling out, I won't ever talk bad about them or go join up with someone to go at them. Doesn't mean I have to keep f***ing with them. We can stop being cool but that's where it'll end for me. I guess everyone is built different.

Kendrick has made multiple attempts at appealing to the mainstream, are you stupid with this post? What were DAMN, the Black Panther soundtrack and GNX made to appeal to? What were the over half a dozen pop collabs meant to appeal to? Why do y'all have this idea that Kendrick isn't a pop star or doesn't have those aspirations?

That ain’t gonna happen. Kendrick has made it clear that he doesn’t respect Drake as a rapper because of the ghostwriting s***.

This is a lie as you’re not engaging in a rap battle with someone’s pen who you do not respect. Case in point, completely different context but an example is Diggy & Cole.
