Does Janice get 3rd week?
lets wait to see if it officially gets week 2 lol
gap seems healthy enough tho that there shouldnt be any surprises
https://www.billboard.com/music/chart-beat/drake-iceman-second-week-number-one-billboard-200-chart-1236261032/
225K album units second week
223K of which streams (228.45M) - 1024 streams per album with new rules
173.7K old rules (1315 streams / album as per FATD first week splits) - not including YouTube
YouTube Streams - https://kworb.net/youtube/insights/us.html
30.3M YouTube streams second week for 14/18 songs (other 4 didnt chart in Top 100 of YouTube US weekly)
Not counting the 4 and assuming 10% filter rate, 27.2M YouTube US streams
Additional 20.7K album units from YouTube if old rules
173.7 + 20.7 + 2 = 196.4K if old rules

Cheers!
I aint reading this tbh good luck to
They're worth 12-15% more when converted to album units and considering YouTube is out of the picture.
GNX did 287K album units with 379.72M streams.
379 720 000/287 000 = 1323 streams/album
FATD did 391K album units with 514.01M streams.
514 010 000/391 000 = 1314 streams/album
You can check a few more albums but the streams to album is about 1300-1350 with old rules.
Iceman did 449K album units with 462.2M streams.
462 200 000/449 000 = 1029 streams/album
But this doesn't include YouTube US, where Iceman did 62M+ streams -
https://web.archive.org/web/20260524233736/https://kworb.net/youtube/insights/us.html
Assuming 10% of those streams get filtered out, we're left with 55.8M streams.
Under old rules, using the streams/album rate of GNX, we have 518M streams, 391 500 album units.
391 500 to 449 000 is just under a 15% increase.
Assuming YouTube split is same for the new week (about 10-12% of total streams), we can assume the 213.6K (the streaming portion of the projections) is 15% higher than old rules.
Based on that, with old rules, IceMan would have done 186K second week (stream units alone). More than GNX either way.
462 200 000 / 1315 = 351.4K album units
But thats without YouTube which is in my calculations.
(Responding to the tweet you put other thread)
Similarly, i dont think they deducted YouTube from GNX when they did new rules conversion.
Youtube and Billboard need to come to some sort of an agreement, crazy that Youtube streams don't count anymore

Well YouTube wanted free (ad supported) streams to be weighed same as paid streams which is crazy itself
YouTube should provide the data and let Billboard calculate the charts how they want, not sure why they are so invested in that part of it.
Gnx below her loss? @Kr0niic there has to be a good explanation for this

I think YouTube is just looking for an incentive to provide the numbers. Iโm guessing they want the streams weighted the same to encourage artists/labels to drive more traffic to YouTube to generate more ad revenue.
Ella Langley got one for sure
but some of these other ones just kill me with the airplay lol
LA we got work to do
