This is something that applies to literally every single artist on Spotify. It's not just a Drake thing. And the number Spotify keeps on their website/app of each artist are the filtered numbers. Those are also the numbers you can view on Kworb.net.

If the lawsuit is alleging that those unfiltered streams (which don't count for Drake anyways) means he's involved in some massive fake streams conspiracy then the same can be said for other acts (who have even bigger ratios of filtered vs. unfiltered streams than Drake does).
