fax but So, Drake's streams from 2015-2021 weren't fraudulent? Why only point out his streams from January 2022-September 2025 as such?
The 37B Spotify Drake streams the plaintiff alleges are fraudulent about the amount of streams Drake pulled from January 2022 to September 2025. Is plaintiff alleging that Drake pulled 0 organic streams in that time period?
If this was really about exposing a massive industry-wide injustice, why not at least run an investigation on the numbers of the top 5, top 10, top 15, top 20 or top 25 most-streamed artists on Spotify to see if the same alleged fraudulent streams are happening with their numbers, file a blockbuster lawsuit exposing such and then claim exponentially more money for damages? Also, why only center Drake?
And why is the face of the lawsuit a man with ties to LA/The West Coast/Dr. Dre — all parties who have been in conflict with Drake since at least last year?
Spotify has a huge interested in preventing botted streams they dont want to lose money so take it with a grain of salt
Gonna give @thegreatdivine some bail (5 words I never thought I’d say), she was consistent that Drake’s lawsuit had a great chance of losing
Nah dawg.

Same niggas who spent months insisting Kendrick didn't use bots and bots aren't a thing are now doubling down on Drake using bots because of a bogus lawsuit that anyone with common sense can see is without any sort of merit lmao.
are you black?
Nah dawg.

There are literally over 5 posts in that same thread of me saying that Drake could very well lose the case and it would be an uphill battle to win even if it went to trial but thanks for highlighting these ones
Nah dawg.

Damn i stand corrected
@thegreatdivine really a loser
I'm Martian.
oh cause you were typing the n word with such confidence so I was curious

Well you also said UMG f***ed up and Kendrick is insecure for using bots so there's that. Like I said u literally just say whatever and try to pass it off as complete fact and insult anyone who says otherwise
The firm which filed the lawsuit, yeah it's over
They definitely got a late night tv ad talking about “Have you or a loved one…”
I'm a black woman.
I figured as much, just giving you a hard time lol
More importantly every artist inflates their sales and it's way easier through streaming. Kenny does it, Drake does it, Taylor does it, Weeknd does it etc.
It's good if it stops because it really affects other artists who can't afford the bots and pushes them down the lists. Not a meritocracy at all
All that being said it would be interesting to know for these major artists how many streams are "Fake". The fake streams are a bigger problem because it makes Spotify as a company look bigger than it is which is fraudulent
It also goes to show how worthless that sales thread with people arguing over fake numbers
The firm which filed the lawsuit, yeah it's over
im supposed to believe a law firm and Rolling Stones?
ill wait for @ AkademiksTV and @OVOdocket
Nice try KBOT

Yeah it’s almost like as time went on it became more and more clear that your original stance was based on emotion from Drake losing so badly and you had to cover all your basis when he eventually lost
"The industry's cooked as I pick the carcass apart"
It's actually scary how many Kendrick lines are ageing like fine wine
The firm which filed the lawsuit, yeah it's over
put this in ktt2 terms
"The industry's cooked as I pick the carcass apart"
It's actually scary how many Kendrick lines are ageing like fine wine
They went nuts when he said he was watching the party die now every talking point of there’s is how rap on the charts is dying
Quick summary for everyone
For a year Drake fans said Kendrick was botting everything, They were told how dumb that is and refused to listen and still called him kbot
Now Drakes own company is being targeted in a lawsuit against Spotify for botting. This lawsuit isn’t based on dj akademiks or random tweets and suddenly this is an absolutely ridiculous baseless allegation lmao
Just wondering what makes this lawsuit credible to you?

It says a percent of Drakes 37 million streams from 2022-2025 were fraudulent
a “substantial, non-trivial percentage” OF Drake’s approximately 37 billion streams were “inauthentic and appeared to be the work of a sprawling network of Bot Accounts.”
Just wondering what makes this lawsuit credible to you?
He didn’t call it credible, he’s pointing out the hypocrisy of blindly believing the other lawsuit and immediately dismissing this one
