I was no leak gang the last week before release. The more I listen to Zetro Scro now, the more I think I may play this the most this year. He should have put this on here. They nailed the Drake pocket with the lyrics and the drums and added that ethereal quality and acoustic guitar. Special for real

Ok I kinda get it now, it’s kind of like stream of consciousness rnb not like structured jodeci esq rnb but almost like folk rnb, that’s kinda tough but I can see it loosing some people

It’s like an album inspired by Virginia Beach

Love the last three minutes of White Bone when he goes DEEP in his bag. Reminds me of Redemption, Jaded and Diamond Dancing

I listen to Fortworth and flip it to be Drake’s I Used to Love Her. Hits better for me.

He probably is talking about some random girl back in the day, but the lyrics also fit as a metaphor for rap/hip-hop.

It feels like he’s talking about his early career so I could see it

That’s why it fit in my mind. Feels like he’s reminiscing about his early years trying to make it and now people are trying to convince others that he doesn’t care about rap and he’s saying those times/rap music/ the culture means the world to him.
