I wanted to know does anyone else watch drake interviews and use that to base their personality? Everyday I be doing lil stuff that I picked up from either listening to or watching Drake. I also tried to copy his IG aesthetic with the dark filters.

I realize that I be doing that face he makes when he be taking pictures and I didn’t even know it. Then there was another time I listened to his rap radar interview before a job interview to try and mimic his thought process, use his words, etc. essentially try to be Drake.

know this is a different perspective but I just wanna know if anybody else base their personality on the boy.

I knew I liked HNVM the moment I heard it. I didn't have to grow into it. I knew I liked IYRTITL the moment I heard it.

Sometimes you do have to acclimate to a Death Grips or a Yeezus or a 100 Gecs- not a Drake album. Not the 50th Drake ™️ album. C'mon man. We know Drake by now.

But there clearly is some kind of phenomenon where people trash the current album and then the second the next one comes out, people come out the woodwork saying they liked the last one

Today there’s been so much CLB praise you would think it was take care. Everyone saying that was great and they wish this was more like that

I saw none of this until now

I think drake is unique because he provokes strong reactions and there’s always expectations on his albums so they get labeled as let downs but then after a while everyone realizes that they like the songs on it even if the album wasn’t what they expected

Seeing CLB become a ktt2 approved classic in the last couple days is the most insane switch up I’ve ever seen
