When‘s the next Joe episode coming outb
Wednesday. He does patreon s*** but I don't believe he's gonna respond to Drake there.
We got Wayne & Drake projects. Nicki next up
hopefully Nicki saves them cause that Wayne project was not it either.
Been following Julian since River Plate
That’s the best striker in Europe doesn’t matter if you know it already or not
that’s my guy but he’s not even playing striker lol
I’ve mostly only seen clips of this show but they talk about some absolutely useless s*** on there
I’ve mostly only seen clips of this show but they talk about some absolutely useless s*** on there
its like some rap/rnb coverage, gender war stuff, bad tv/sports talk
You talking about that situation where his friend may have sexually assaulted a girl at his party?
He did rape him and Kai lead him to the room where the girl was at. Then he tried denying he knew anything about the situation when confronted
We are finally getting the Drake on dog food period 🐶🦴💉
Said it before and I’ll say it again, Drake needs to develop a serious heroin habit before recording any more music. This would be the best possible career move for him.
He would produce a deranged, dark, d***ged out experimental album that would be praised. He’d give grizzly accounts of life and the situations he gets into while being a fiend, and hustling pills on the side to fuel his addiction as people begin to distance themselves from him. Soon it would come out about his addiction and the media would be buzzing. Scandal after scandal would arise and he’d be the most talked about person in the world as he continues down this dark path of addiction and insanity. Then, he would get arrested for possession and do a stint in jail, adding credibility to the hard image he’s been trying to adopt for sometime. The #FreeDrake movement would be like nothing we’ve ever seen before and it would spark an international conversation about how we treat addicts (rehabilitative vs punitive punishment.
Drake would get out, get clean, and become the face of the opiate epidemic sweeping North America, opening him up to even wider audiences and platforms. His first album after release would sell a million first week and be praised, as Drizzy explores a whole new realm of lyrical content reflecting on his past degenerate behavior and becomes a symbol of hope for millions dealing with addiction. This would be great for his image, solidify him as one of the greatest rappers ever, and create worldwide change that benefits millions for years to come.
The best possible thing drake could do for his career is to start doing as much dog food as possible, as soon as possible.
These cringe corny ass trolls need to stop coming back
Get a better hobby fam. Your mom would be disappointed knowing you ride for twitch streamers
You know Drake's mad cuz he went straight to talking about his wealth being bigger
He’s not a troll. Don’t let the obnoxious opinions fool you. Man is a fraud. 2 WORDS IS A CHARLATAN. He isn’t a Drake stan, he isn’t this “I’m too cool for real rap” recent persona either. He’s a dusthead who hates Drake but he’s too p**** to embrace that like he used to cause Drake stans ran his booty through. Now he’s terrorizing all of music sxn with his putrid nonsense and I have to bear witness to this incessant bullshit every time I try to read through an otherwise entertaining thread such as this one. And it’s frustrating cause he was a good poster at one point but I can’t f***ing take it anymore. I CANT F***ING TAKE IT
What you can't take?
I obviously don't know the guy. I'm just making this judgement based on what I'm listening to, and what I'm seeing. probably gonna end up writing a whole essay, but
1. constantly hopping on trends. For Exp. Hanging out with Kai Cenat. Streaming with Ninja back in Scorpion era. Maybe he's genuinely a fan. But can't imagine anybody over the age of 25 genuinely watching Kai Cenat. And theres not a lot of overlap in their careers. Comes across a business move. Young people love Kai, so him going out of his way to hang around Kai gets him cool points with younger audiences.
2. Hanging out and collabing with every young and new artist. Again, maybe he's genuinely cool with Sexy Redd. Maybe he genuinely felt she was needed on the song. But he has a history of just hoping on a track with every single trending artist. Makes think he's going "Oh. Sexy Redd is HOT right now. I HAVE to get her on the album"
3. Dropping 20+ track album. Which helps in the streaming era.
4. Dropping a new project like every year for the like the past 5+ years.
5. His subject matter making very little evolution across projects. he's been talking about the same stuff for over a decade now.
6. Album titles having borderline little meaning to the album itself. At least on the surface. After listening to this album, I have no clue why it was called "For All The Dogs". Just leads me to thinking he only named it that because he thought it sounded cool.
In isolation none of these things are bad. But everything leads me to believing he's not truly passionate about music, or the craft anymore.
He comes across as a man that doesn't want to ever give up his spot at the top. Comes across as his main goal being to maximize profits, and collect accolades.
Obviously music is a business. Obviously making money is the goal. But Drake is already one of the biggest musicians in the history of the entire music industry. Unless he screws up his image doing something illegal, he's pretty much GURANTEED to make a massive profit with what he releases. He's in a place where he can just chill out, and drop music whenever he's inspired.
If we compare this to Jay-Z's late career.
1. He doesn't drop every single year. There are even 4-5+ year gaps between albums. Which leads me to believe that when he DOES drop he's feeling truly inspired and passionate about what he's releasing.
2. 4:44 doesn't feel like it was hopping on trendy sounds that were prevalent that year. And the gaps between albums gives him more freedom with subject matter. We don't know what his thoughts on recent events are. We don't know whats been happening in his life. So he has a lot to update us on.
3- Jay DOES collab with the new gen from time to time. And he even talks highly of newer rappers. But he doesnt hand out features. and its rare that we'll see a new artist who's only been hot for a year being feature on a Jay album. So that leads me to believe that if Jay wanted them on the album, he REALLY f***s with their sound and felt like this collab was NEEDED for that particular song.
The streamers bit - nothing wrong with promoting your music to new audiences, seems like a good idea no?
Second point is a bit exaggerated because he doesn’t collab with every young and new artist. Look at the threads before FATD dropped and people were praying he wouldn’t have the same old collabs with Thug, Future, Travis etc. He can’t win really.
Third point - he is a versatile artist that likes to cater to his different types of fans. He is obviously inspired to make more than just some rap songs and fair play to him because he gets criticised for it all the time yet does his own thing instead of listening to people who only like certain styles from him.
4. There shouldn’t be a limit on how often people drop, if the artist feels like they have new music they want to share with the world then why not? FATD, Her Loss and HNVM are completely different as well from each other.
5. Is he not being true to himself? Telling us about his life and his experiences, not just making stuff up to please people or just to do something different in general.

“ That s*** came poppin' out them jeans like a ghost
Girl, you gotta pop that on me like a coat
Swear I wanna crack behind your back like a joke
Swear I wanna lift you up high like your hopes
Swear I wanna tear your box out like a coach
Get inside and bend a d*** just like the pope
Girl, you got me beggin' for a ten like I'm broke
Girl, I want us hangin' in the summer like a coat
Girl, I wanna slide in your box like a vote
Tryna have you comin' out your shell like the yolk”
That was genuinely terrible and put me off the song ngl
Bars
Bro really does love to talk about his friends killing people for him Jesus
The streamers hanging out with rappers is a marketing scheme in general that's been going on since like 2021 anyway
well my entire point was focusing on Drake. Just saying I believe he's at the point where he doesn't need marketing schemes, and trends.
I understand someone newer doing what they gotta do for promo. But Drake has undisputedly been the biggest hip-hop artist for over 10 years. He can do whatever and still sell.
Its like how Disney relies on Marvel, Star Wars, s***ty remakes, and celeb castings. But if they took more risks theyd still see some level of success because they're disney
You have to be super out of touch to be on the internet and not know any streamers. It's just normal entertainment. Nothing wild.
Nigga wayne is still p**** and skateboard raps and hes actually 40
I heard one of Wayne's new songs for Tha Carter 6... bro really fell off after Carter 4.
