Making Julian's lore about drake would just make.it less interesting. Julian shoots up heroin daily and snorts retained, claims to be in the illuminati, stole 20 million from a cartel, his best friend was killed he fled to Dubai where he spends money on crypto scams and escorts, bribing local officials to let him off of d*** charges.
