Dude a couple pages back posted like 40 hate tweets that didn’t even have much traction, Bro was posting tweets that had like 500 likes

I hate basing stuff off tweets but it’s usually a good way to see what the overall public reception to something is. There’s a ton of tweets that got 250k - 500k likes that are praising the performance. I’m not seeing any hate tweets that got more than 30k (including the right winger tweets)

It was pretty loud that people didn’t like it all I did was scoop up tweets around the subject I don’t follow any of those people. So oblivious to the truth you think 1 tweet sums up the majority of people think lol.

Not sure if it was this thread or another but somebody may have said it best when they were talking it being more like 70/30 Kendrick love in their timeline instead of the normal 95/5 split. There are definitely a lot of posts pro-Kendrick posts that did multi-hundred-thousand-likes damage (though if I'm adding a little bit to this, from what I've seen so far it looks like those are really just anti-Drake 'look how he cooked him!!!' tweets rather than 'this performance was amazing' tweets)

But there are also a ton of posts like the ones a few pages back that are vehemently anti-Kendrick 'this was a dogshit performance' and got many tens of thousands of likes. If there's a hundred negative tweets with 30k likes vs four with 200k likes.... I'm not gonna try to do the a***ysis. I don't know what the breakdown is. The point is there is a good deal of anti-Kendrick activity, but a lot of pro-Kendrick/anti-Drake s*** too

I obviously agree that not liking the show on the basis of it being focused on black people is super f***ed up. I knew when I was watching it that it was going to get a ton of hate for that reason alone -- not enough white pop or country stars to satiate them. I know how a lot of older white people view rap music and immediately knew it was going to go that way. I'm a member of a tech forum that is presumably mostly older white guys and their reactions in the thread about being able to rewatch the super bowl halftime show were.... predictable

I never asked for proof of anything, I said what you have showed doesn't prove that every single person except those in the Kendrick thread hated the performance like you claimed.

And with all that said the evidence you did show that I initially replied to did include racists white conservatives.
