It was obviously a misstep early in his career but ignoring the fact that the climate was completely different in those times or trying to equate a 22yo kissing a girl - who turned 18 a few days later - as part of a clunky stage act with preying on minors is disingenuous and just plain stupid. Was it dumb and perhaps creepy? Probably. Malicious or evidence of something sinister? Absolutely not. The fact you guys are holding onto a 15 year old video as your only actual piexe of “evidence” - where no laws were broken and the “victim” has defended Drake - is embarrassing.
