He’s the same dude that took FPS and a cole and drake link up as a diss. Your argument doesn’t move me
Both took songs that weren’t supposedly disses as a diss and got upset. One went to the studio and went direct, and the other spilled his feelings in interviews.
lol what dead msn did the great divine bash
An Indian rapper who passed away
IYRTITL/WATTBA outsold TPAB. Views outsold untitled/unmastered/DAMN. Scorpion outsold DAMN/Mr. Morale and GNX.
OK my turn to flip the statistics in my favour
By this same logic
GKMC and Damn have both outsold:
wattba, iyrtitl, hnm, fatd, her loss, cLb, care package, dark Lane Demo tapes, more life, thank me later, so far gone, and $$$4U
I never went into a dead man’s memorial thread and disrespected him because I was mad about someone making fun of my favorite artist @thegreatdivine
You don't have anything else to try to throw at me to paint me out as something I'm not?
First point that seems to be Major:
Custodian Disputes
(“Custodian” means a person whose email, files, and communications will be searched for relevant evidence.)
Drake's Position:
Add Sir Lucian Grainge (Chief Executive Officer of UMG’s parent company), Jason Kawejsza (UMG in-house lawyer), and other senior figures to the list of custodians. Drake says these people likely have important communications about marketing, promotion, or possible actual malice (legal standard in defamation requiring proof the defendant knew something was false or acted with reckless disregard for the truth).
UMG's response:
Refuses Grainge, says he had no direct role, and any relevant emails would be “duplicative” (copies of what’s already in other people’s emails). Refuses Kawejsza, says his work is protected by attorney client privilege, and reviewing it would be a huge burden.
Claims Drake agreed in a June meeting that the custodian list was final unless “new evidence” came up and none has. Therefore Lucian and Kaweisza wont be Custodians unless Drake provides new evidence (agreed by drake's team)
If anyone wants to read what all these new documents ACTUALLY mean with 0 bias. start here. I did a write up last night going through multiple pages
Asking who someone is because I literally don't know who they are (especially when a handful of other people asked the same exact question in that same thread) isn't disrespect but I don't expect your stupid ass to get that.
I think it's fair if people found it disrespectful but they don't actually care. They keep repeating it and asking for you to get banned but funnily enough they don't care when one of their own who is very active in this thread did the same.
As always, it's just something they use in order to be annoying on a forum as they don't have other hobbies
Is that not a Kendrick sub?
The shoe fits but given the context of the song it also fits as a diss towards kanye which makes more sense
Why can’t Drake release the info himself?
If what he said has any validation to it, wouldn’t he already have access to it?
How are the numbers if you compare Mr Morale to GNX?
Mr morale is still higher at 3.5 billion... what's the point?
The fact that dropping bloated albums of slop is being painted as "running the game" or doing "big dog s***" is exactly why hip-hop is in the state it is right now
Damn, 5 years in the making, big comeback album, just for GNX to outstream it like that. Interesting
Seriously what is your angle lol, is this praise or criticism
The shoe fits but given the context of the song it also fits as a diss towards kanye which makes more sense
Nah it doesn’t make more sense. Drake said that he gave this person a “sneak peak” of fame
Mr morale is still higher at 3.5 billion... what's the point?
FATD is also higher than GNX, but Kr0nic made a post about it to inform us when GNX is expected to outsell it. I therefore wanted to be informed by the numbers watcher if/when it would outsell Mr Morale, his big comeback album.
Drake songs with over 100M streams - 284.
Kendrick songs with over 100M streams - 103.
Now do total kendrick songs in existence

I wasn't the first or only person in the thread who asked who he was. I'd genuinely never heard of the man. Someone responded with videos of his music, I listened, got educated and paid my respects. Idiots jumped in and claimed I was being disrespectful when that wasn't my intention at all.

They aren’t dropping albums they’re doing content drops. Drake is just DDG atp
Damn, 5 years in the making, big comeback album, just for GNX to outstream it like that. Interesting
Trying to own Kendrick so badly that you unintentionally pay him a compliment.

If the case gets dismissed without bias he is not allowed to share, hint, or do anything with the info he is given via discovery. If he even hints he is subject to sanctions / a separate lawsuit from UMG
