All it means is the judge decided that waiting on discovery would cause unnecessary delay or prejudice. it’s a procedural call, not a verdict on the merits.
The judge could still dismiss the case completely after reviewing the motion to dismiss. If that happens, the fact that Drake got documents in discovery won’t change the dismissal outcome.

they held oral arguments June 30th saying discovery is allowed while the judge makes their decision about dismissing the case (they gave a timeline of 6-12 weeks and it is now 6 weeks since)
This is the standard timeline and nothing has changed and the judge has not made their decision if the case is moving forward yet.
They think every motion is a claim from the judge I can’t breath

i think it goes to court and it shows how UMG uses social media and marketers to promote tracks and inflate tracks to make them big via social engineering. and they show how they have done it for drakes music in the past as well
But "bots" claim is not real and the streams are real. But drake stans will take the above as a win
