Motion to dismiss was heard on June 30th. Decision has yet to be made. UMG tried to stop discovery prior to this being heard. but that got denied.

We should hear the official result of that within like... 6 weeks id say

All that has happened Majorly in past 3 months is UMG's request for discovery to be skipped was denied. Drake sent a list of people he would like to get documents from. UMG sent a list of people they would like to be witnesses. and Drake got approval to serve documents to some people.

And on June 30th an oral argument was held for UMG to argue to dismiss, and we have not heard the result of that yet.

That is literally all that has happened in the last 90 days
