is that after nwts all I wanted was more drake music ofc nwts was extremely special but drake always has had a habit to release music even after he dropped nwts.

I remember very well that not too long after nwts drake posted a meme saying he got more music to drop, and the records that were released which is now mostly care package’ is very special to me

This what drake has always done, and after recent times it makes absolute sense that he’s doing this

the drake moments have been non stop since 2013 if we being real

Nobody was really asking for more music after the three albums dropped. Drake announced something and people are just excitedly filling in the blanks

There were definite discussions back in May about a fourth project potentially coming in the fall. Kendrick fans did that s*** with GNX too and it’s weird to me, enjoy the music that we just got

I mean I can’t say there wasn’t literally nobody asking but they were for sure a minority. I saw a lot of organic discussion amongst the three threads enjoying the music as you said. We can’t really control what he does and fwiw it seems like whatever this is has been in the works for awhile and not just a knee-jerk reaction to the reception of the albums

Fair. I won’t be mad if we get another album, I just like when artists let their art breathe and give it the time and respect that it deserves

well when I read more music, I just wanted to say that drake has always released more music,

I know whatever drops (if an album) will not takeaway from iceman and only be added to the plethora of drake music I have from all these years

and this late in his career if he can pull off dropping three albums simultaneously, why not one more to conclude the year of 2026

I get it. I don’t think ICEMAN will be washed under whatever it is though. No matter how people feel about its rating or quality I think we can mostly agree that it was a successful “return” album for Drake. The other two are probably more for the hardcore fans but personally I’ve enjoyed them all even if it means shuffling through them every so often. If this is one more album then I’ll do the same. At this point Drake is unapologetically going to release music on his own schedule and I think he’s mastered the ability to seep into your library in some capacity no matter how often he’s dropping. We shall see though I’m excited no matter what it is!
