There’s a DJ Drama comment in the profile about DJs having to have a 30min Future set to keep the party going when he was still underground and that’s absolutely facts here in Atlanta. Every Atlanta club had Future sets with the place on tilt. This was way before he really blew up or got the Drake feature, watched him blow up in real time so what Drake told Elliott is how i would respond to ppl who didnt rock with it lmaoo

Drake cultivating his work relationship with Future really has been great to enjoy and genius on his behalf.
People forget how Drake was viewed for most of his career, the Future collabs, particularly WATTBA, as well as IYRYITL tbf, really legitimised Drake with parts of the streets that turned their nose up at him.

Did we ever get a source that said this? I thought 20 Hoes, Big Mood, Desires, D4L, Time Flies were all from the WATTBA 2 sessions from 2017-2019

When Big Mood leaked Akademiks said it was from WATTBA 2 its not the best source but f*** it I believe him. It just seemed like they had a lot of songs in the same time so I just assume it was one big studio session they had because after that Desires leaked and Life Is Good came out

Those were never WATTBA 2 sessions. There's never been sessions for a WATTBA sequel.

Akademiks just says s***. I doubt they were ever in the studio together when most of those songs were made.
