Been a bad year for that in general.

They f***ing bullied Abel and Kendrick this year for challenging themselves and their listeners.

Prob why this new gen gets all these mid albums from the newer artists

They only care bout a hot single and their tiktok dances instead of an amazingly crafted album

    New NIGHTMAN

Reason I get mad about it

If the reception to this is bad, Drake will hardly step out his comfort zone again

And other mainstream artists will see the reaction and do the same

drake knew, i think he just stopped caring about the receptions cause he realized he can’t win

he’s too big now, people have strong opinions on him either way and will stick to those when he drops

IMO this is more a French vibe than Jersey...

    All 3 dropped great albums

They’ll figure that out later like they always do.

Remember the mainstream public’s reaction to Yeezus?

5 years later that entire sound was getting props for other artists.

Music like that and these albums this year daring to do different will pave the way.

so far the stand out tracks for me

    1. Calling my name (2nd half). DJ's wet dreams. His sounds like a sample
    2. Sticky

Any good? Is he sill talking about the same topics/themes?

The production on this is on another level in comparison to most of his past work recently. I’m just in love with some of the songs here.

    Black americans invented house yea

But it's more popular in europe now than america

    Drake reappropriating it

More evidence for conscious album theory

Gunna dropped the most basic s*** and they ate it up like it was pistachio ice cream.

    Talking nut to a man.
