sniper· editedThe thing is, I think Drake is a very average artist at this point, he only got hungry rarely, he got stuck in his formulas and went stagnant and just pivoted to average verses while trying only sometimes, he does because he knows it’ll chart every time and he didn’t need to try (I liked his verse on that recent Harlow track, because he felt like he had to renegade on some OG s***)
But this one, he actually made something that is interesting and seems more authentic to his own vision
exactly. feels like music he's actually interested in making and is passionate about.
