If I put an album on to listen, I'm listening to the album. Not skipping songs. If I don't want to listen to songs on an album, I play a different one.
If I want random tracks I'll put on a playlist. Which is usually only for short car trips or if I'm with other people.

Why is it hard to understand that if a music listener thinks to play a full album, that they wouldn't skip any of it? My intention is to listen to the album isn't it? I don't skip a chapter in a book that I don't particularly like as much as the rest either.

cause it’s jus not realistic
even with albums I love I don’t listen 2 every song 100% of the time
especially with more “modern” records where they’re barely even cohesive I can’t stand the jumps in mood
