damn..so first listen was a bit disappointed ...didnt expect this new sound and was like "wtf is this s***" As the album progressed some songs sounded good.
Now after the 2nd listen I really started to appreciate the whole album.. it sounded good after the 2nd listen and some of those songs sounded like gems. had a nice europhic feeling listening to "Tie the Blinds" Now I can't stop listening tot he album. Just sounds better after each listen.
Just a refreshing new sound from Drake. Absolutely understand where he was going with the album and why he did it.
Thank You once again Drizzy
‘Honestly, Nevermind,” Drake’s seventh solo studio album, which was released on Friday just a few hours after it was announced, is a small marvel of bodily exuberance — appealingly weightless, escapist and zealously free. An album of entrancing club music, it’s a pointed evolution toward a new era for one of music’s most influential stars. It is also a Drake album made up almost wholly of the parts of Drake albums that send hip-hop purists into conniptions’

top 5 for me so far in no order
1. tie the blinds
2. overload
3. down hill
4. Liability
5. A keeper
This may change as each song keeps giving me a new experience.
Still not feeling 'Falling Back' I actually think the song is pretty awful and didn't like how he started off with that song.
It may change for me.
Anyone get work off on juneteenth or is it only a school thing
I got work off

Jon Caramanica consistently has the best Drake reviews, always appreciate his perspective even if we don't agree on certain things.

Perfect top 5
Give falling back sometime it’ll grow on you. Hits better if you dance to it

Falling back first listen was crazy. Besides being the first song I heard, it was something i never heard from drake before. It was an experience
Drake album drop and the whole world mood feel different
It’s his power
Falling Back got me feeling like dancing at some roof top night club with some shordies getting real close to me on the dance floor
ppl waking up
Twitter been switching up all day
I just have to hear Massive, A Keeper and Flights Booked loud af at a party soon… I just have to

The album gives me this exact vibe. Makes me nostalgic for Miami and I live here lmao. Sounds like ocean drive at night
To all those saying this watered down just because it doesn’t sound like whatever obscure electronic artist you’re stanning atm just know that he wasn’t going for that. This is CLASSIC Jersey house/Baltimore club executed to perfection
That’s coming from a Jersey native. These the vibes we grew up on
Thank you Drake 🙏🏽
