Zero promo. Announced a couple of hours before it dropped. Didn't send it out to critics before it dropped so they could give him perfect reviews. 14 Tracks. Experimental album. Last album still around top 10 most selling albums weekly.
This a new copypasta thank you
the internet got me thinking this s*** is unlistenable
glad it's literally the opposite
The Internet usually wrong all the time

Not sure why I ain’t vibing with it like that cause I’m seeing mad love on here. Typically love drake’s albums, and I love house music (deep, techno, trance). I feel that his vocal performance lacks melody and that the house instrumentals are a bit generic sounding? They aren’t flat out bad, though. Something I will say is that I wish drake’s vocals were mixed a bit lower and the instrumental was mixed higher. I think that would make a lot of the tracks much more danceable than they currently are. People for real liking this more than the rest of his discography though? I find that intriguing
Sorry but if you only like Jimmys Cooks you’re urban
urban outfitters?
Nah y’all are just gonna have to take it like Weeknd and Kendrick fans did if the numbers are underwhelming.
Maybe some of y’all will realize that this album is great regardless and numbers actually don’t indicate objectivity in quality.
It would be good for Drake stans if one of his albums flopped. I think Drake already saw CLB as kinda whatever and wanted to try something new, but his stans are super protective of everything he does.

Drake did not give a flying f*** about CLB. He put that s*** out and immediately got rid of the heart in his hair.

i lowkey think something is off about it like i like the design but its low quality or something like its blurry
its hard though i agree

Now they can just copy paste this to cope with the numbers 👍

"Let’s say, for a thought experiment, that Drake absconded Earth on Elon Musk’s SpaceX jet with the 23 Instagram models he married in “Falling Back,” starting his own space cult centered around his own Genius annotations. In this scenario, he never releases another note of original music, leaving the work of churning out “Drake” music to a deepfake AI. My question here is: Based on Honestly, Nevermind, would anyone even notice?"
Sheesh, Pitchfork is gonna crucify this album.
Predictable
And also so absurd to take this angle when he literally just made an album in an entirely different genre
Like I can understand people not liking this
But the “wow this is boring/unoriginal/sounds like every other drake project” angle is insane to me
I know you guys are worried about the sales but look
