I don't think ownership or part ownership of a platform makes you liable for whatever happens on it.

Because if he did, then f*** him to the fullest extent of the law, but if he didn't and he simply owns/co-owns the company, then he isnt personally culpable.

At a stretch, you could give him shot for not enforcing rules that would make this sort of behavior difficult to carry out on his platform, but that's about it, really.

He is personally culpable because he helped create the site and the culture of the site where its basically unmoderated to the point where you have to kill somebody or almost kill someone to catch a perma. He directly profits from the site

The mental gymnastics they do to clear any wrong doings by their favorites is disgusting

The owners, the viewers of that stream, especially the donators are all responsible for that man’s death and there’s not a PR stunt in this world that will change that

If Adin Ross promoted the stream, wrote or otherwise oversaw the ToS of Kick, then he's absolutely liable.

Bit simply co-owning the site doesn't make him personally responsible for everything that goes on on it. I don't know how else I can explain that.

I’ve from the beginning said Adin Ross is culpable because he is a co owner of the site and the site promoted the stream. Never once said anything about Drake during my back and forth with you.

I made it a point to explicitly leave Drake out of it because he doesn’t own the site. I never once switched up my points or moved the goalposts. You’re just stupid and can’t follow a conversation
