Why do I keep seeing people reference 19th as the drop day? Isn't it dropping on the 18th any longer?

I hope the many retailers who'll have this ready to go on the 19th will sell at reasonable prices so many people can cop from them instead of resellers who'll jack up their prices like crazy.

No idea. I don't think NOCTA releases should be exclusive in any way. Anyone who can afford them should be able to cop them.

I also hope they do restocks of old drops for people who couldn't get them the first time they dropped.

Not usually. I usually cop OVO stuff and that doesn't involve raffles, but it's all good as long as there's enough to go around for everyone eventually.

NOCTA is a sublabel, as how Jumpman and ACG are subs of the main Nike brand. Yes there are coveted items but all in all they have products which aren’t always raffled that people can purchase throughout the year.

It’s not like Cactus Jack X Nike where it’s just a collab on SNKRS and once it’s gone you have to get it off Stock X. This is a proper sub-label.

Because it’s a sub label doesn’t mean the strategy will be to have stock hitting.

And the raffle system is just how things process through SNKRS and a lot of sites. If stock sites you can still buy regular but to manage traffic of hyped items this is how it’s done.

Otherwise you have queue systems which can be destroyed by bots etc
