Yeah they f***ed up with not having proper shipping updates. The mystery concept is cool, but people live in apartments, are going on vacations/out of town, plan gifts for birthdays and Christmas, etc., so having tracking info is super important and not just someone being impatient (as the reddit would call you). They could at least email you with some kind of apology for inconvenience instead of you feeling like you’re pestering them by asking for an update.

Tomorrow will be 21 days since I ordered and it’s radio silence lmfao. Meanwhile people in a state above or below me randomly get their stuff even though they ordered days after I did.
