For whatever reason, NOCTA never sent UPS my package. So now I emailed Nocta (who’s not responding) and called UPS. How the hell do they forget to send my package.

It was supposed to be delivered today but wasn't. I had go contact NOCTA/UPS for the go update my package progress. Now my package just says “drop off” without a scheduled delivery date.

Thanks man. I’m staying positive but sometimes you have to monitor UPS they’ve been losing packages like crazy recently .

You know what’s crazy DHL > all shipping us carriers . DHL so slept on for real . I order internationally all the time ajd I promise the most I waited on a package once it was picked up by DHL was 2 days the fastest I received a package overseas from DHL was 15 hours idky they don’t use DHL

Anyone else use shop app to track nocta.com order and it says "arrives today" but theres been no location details/updates for UPS?

Mine did say it was going to arrive today but was changed to “in transit.” But UPS hasn’t been giving any updates. Like I had to call them/email Nocta in order for progress to even show. I’d suggest you do the same.

They got back pretty fast and updated the arrival date to the 8th

But better than waiting for another week and not know where it is. Appreciate you dawg
