Exactly. A puffer shouldn’t need to be dried or even get wet in the rain.

I think they canceled mines cause I had a yellow hoodie the yellow pants and black pants xl all in one order said it was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances which idk what the hell that means

Wore mine out in the rain, got wet obviously which completely changed the colour left it in my closet got back when it dried and it went back. Again its not that crazy bright yellow before but its def not ruined. Oh and didn't throw it in the dryer or anything I hang dried it. Hope this helps!

I bought the pants from them on Monday, received them today. Bought the hat today, already got shipping. I'm on the East Coast too, I think your order violated their terms about only having one item/mulitples potentially. That, or they ran out of stock.

No I had two sizes of the fleece pants but one was black and the other was yellow and I had a yellow hoodie it was all in one order
