Stadiums are only good for outdoor sports
Absolutely awful for entertainment 9 times out of 10

why cant he just do stadiums .to be honest people who are have been in the game less time than him are doing stadiums . even the freaking weeknd is doing it

Bro, stadiums are ass for any type of entertainment. Drake doesn't need to do what they do to be seen as equally successful.

It is. Tour might be a co-headlining tour with 21 Savage or a Drake tour with 21 Savage or a Drake headlining with 21 Savage as a special guest.

I feel like it should be the latter. Drake will need more time on stage than 21 just off the fact that he has a lot more music he hasn't performed yet. No need to give 21 a co-headlining bill when it'll be Drake carrying the tour anyways.

Plus 21 is big enough to headline a tour himself.

21 is better as an opening act compared to Drake. It would just be a better show.

The tour with Migos was technically a co-headlining tour but Migos were very much an opening act

exactly. 21 is a level above them but still far away from Drake's catalog. co-headlining just wouldn't work. it's like lil baby with breezy

His catalog still doesn't compare to Drake's. If Drake wants to go back deep into his catalog, he's got 14 full-length projects worth of songs to pull from dating back to So Far Gone. That's not to mention all the features, remixes and loosies in-between that. He's got a whole lot of music to perform and he hasn't toured in almost 5 years so you know his fans will want to see him perform as many songs as possible.

If not for the fact that they made an album together, I'd prefer it if 21 Savage went on a solo tour. The last time he toured was with Cole and at his level, he should be going on his own tours, not co-headlining or opening for other rappers.

Migos were opening for Drake in 2018

Aubrey & the Three Migos Tour, presented as Aubrey & The Three Migos Tour LIVE!, was a co-headlining tour by Canadian rapper Drake, and American hip hop trio Migos.

They were billed as co-headliners, as was said three posts above. Roy Woods was the opening act.

that post also said they were "very much an opening act"

also looking at the setlist, they were an intermission tbh

i'm game with this tour legit anywhere, stadiums, arenas, s***box venues idgaf man just announce the venues and dates and start selling tickets.

  • Dec 13, 2022

the exp of arena shows is def better but ticket prices for DRAKE doing an arena tour are going to be brutal. stadium sound is worse but tickets will likely be a lot cheaper

They were both. Migos had their own like 15 song set as an opener and then were brought back out in the middle of Drake's set to perform like four songs with him.

I'd imagine a tour with 21 would work somewhat similar. 21 would open with a set and then perform with Drake either during the beginning, middle, or end of his set. I could see Drake wanting to start his set with Her Loss tracks since it's the hottest rn

If you attended the shows or saw any clips from the tour, you'd know they were openers. They just got a co-billing out of respect from Drake. They weren't spending more than 30-40 minutes on stage every night. Drake is who took up most of the time on stage. You'd know it was a Drake tour if you went to one of the shows.

He can always just tour the US with him and announce another tour for Europe/other regions. He's done it before.

I could see the US tour focused around Her Loss and the European one around Honestly Nevermind

Unlike most artists, Drake’s international tours are more like separate tours rather than just legs of the NA tour. Whole new stage designs and setlist

Yep. That's what he did when he tourd in 2016/2017 and again in 2018/2019. Both the US/EU tours had seperate names and were treated as their own respective tours.
