I don’t get the point of this presale if the code is for everyone
S*** is gonna be a bloodbath lol
Youve never been to a drake show and its sad to see
Even Drake haters like Charlamagne were raving after the Views tour
No one’s denying a Drake show being a super fun night out, but I’ve never heard anyone make the claim that Drake is some top tier performer that you MUST see live, which is why some people can’t justify paying the egregious ticket prices
People just overreacting. For the foreseeable future, any major mainstream act who annouces a tour will see their fans complain about the prices and the general availability of tickets. So far, Taylor fans, Beyoncè fans, SZA fans and Drake fans have complained. The Weeknd fans copped tickets years ago so they were good for the most part.
People also have to realize that all those shows will get sold out and people will fill up those arenas so for as many people who will complain about not being able to get tickets for whatever reason, there'll be hundreds of thousands of fans having a good time and raving about how exciting the shows were. It'll suck for whoever can't get their hands on tickets but that's life.
SZA fans weren’t complaining, and The Weeknd’s tour tickets went on sale in March of 2022, the tickets from the prior cancelled tour didn’t carry over because it was upsized so even past purchasers (myself included) had to buy again when they went on sale in March

Cashapp advertised $70 and tbh i think they probably were $70... for like the first 10 people in the queue. They saw all the people in the queue and did dynamic pricing ASAP. Lowest number in queue on ktt was in the 400's and they saw the crazy prices we all did

Yea I heard 150 was the cheapest. Like damn that’s a a little steep for nosebleeds

Thats wild. I dont think people in Europe would accept prices like that. €150-200 is probably max for a lot of people

To be fair. same thing DID happen to kendrick where they dynamic priced it. BUT it was after everyone got through the presale on cashapp. Pit tickets were $140, after dynamic pricing went up to $220. but everyone on ktt already got through queue and got tickets before that happened. Ive NEVER seen it go into effect as fast as it did here. Thats what f***s me up cause we saw twitter screenshots before it went into effect and pit tickets were $225 before fees
Drake knows he is one of idk 5 artists or so? out there who's fans see him as the ONE artist they would pay like 400 for good seats for. he is many ppl's fav artist
