Switching classes mid combat
Kinda breaks immersion but the execution is looking very fluid
Edit: Apparently this is called the Warfarer class. It learns skills from each class, and can switch mid combat
So you probably have access to 1-2 skills from each vocation while you're playing Warfarer. I need this game tomorrow
They actually went ahead and made the Arisen class
Should let pawns have access to the other hybrids though
This s*** looks so cool just hope the performance is decent
Mystic Knight dropping fps into the low 10s in 1 🤝 Warfarer dropping into the 20s in 2
Should I just sell my copy of DD1, never got around to playing it
I figure I might as well just get the new one and play that at this point
So PS5 can probably do 1080p 60 frames right? No big deal IMO
just 30fps
creative choice like Starfield
DD2 already has quite blurry/faded visuals and a dull colour pallette so imagine 1080p lmao no thanks
yeah im out lmaoooo

Seems like most people who are “out” due to the 30fps vs 60fps never played the first DD. So I guess I understand it on some level. There isn’t any real good comparison to make in regards to other games gameplay mechanics.
I’m not saying 60fps ain’t an improvement over 30fps, I just don’t think it is at all a game breaking difference, even if you’re use to gaming at 60fps. Especially with this game lol, the fights can get so hectic, but Capcom probably the best combat mechanics designing company in the industry, and DD1 still holds up in that regard in 2024, and this looks better in every way.

60fps @ 1440p on PS5 is not a big ask
seems like 30fps is a choice when devs cant get a solid 60fps but it worked fine for Elden Ring

Not arguing against holding developers to standardize 60fps. I am a lil biased cause I been wanting this sequel for a decade, so I’ll take what I can get tbh
Maybe someone can school me on how this trailer is 60fps capable, says it was captured on a ps5, if the game is locked to 30fps?

!https://youtu.be/FSjOtp3QbiQ?si=FyBtdDI_kdG1js0afalse advertising i guess
my best guess is a 60fps mode that drops down to 45-50fps on PS5 is not what they wanted to launch with
yeah im out lmaoooo
