Biden's executive orders on racial equality and targeted relief from the coronavirus stimulus that are implemented under the umbrella of all "poc" will help way more black people than a symbolic "lynching bill" or any other shallow optic policy Umar is talking about.

The LGBTQ and Anti-Asian executive orders do very little to combat the structural oppression they face. The LGBTQ community has more anti-trans bills across states than ever before. Funding organizations that push back against Asian hate mean very little when anti-China propaganda is spewed by mainstream media 24/7.
I get what he's trying to say, but Biden really isn't helping LGBTQ people and Asian people any more than he's helping Black people. Let's be real...

Why can't stop asian hate and black lives matter coexist? We have the data that shows that Asian americans support BLM more than any other race outside of african americans.

There is no issue in this country that can "distract" people from african american issues. African american issues have the most outcry, the most nationwide support, the strongest movement. There is no possible way that will change.

Why not just support whatever asians are going through too? Support whatever trans and LGBT are going through. All these movements help each other.
