Played around a hour. I forgot how intense the fights can get, got my game speed set to 110, it’s almost overwhelming when it really gets going. Great stuff so far

Damn ok this dlc has a ton of endgame stuff, and maybe even more after you unlock all the master arenas very generous portion of peak

The hollow shrines becoming fast travel points in the endgame was a nice touch

Man this has honestly been kicking my ass lol. The difficulty is ramped up from the jump. I also don’t know why I can’t get the hang of the spear. It feels clunky to me and I’d rather just use the shield during pretty much every encounter lol

It gets harder too. The time trials to get the astral key is even worse, I keep getting bronze or silver cannon fodder level is the worst

The master arenas are fun, overall though the level design in the dlc is just adequate

Archviles have never been more annoying to deal with lol
