So we got two options

A. Report it and take the chance that it leads to an arrest/incarceration/anything

B. Do nothing, meaning theres 100% chance that person faces no consequences, and is free to probably do it to somebody else.

No I‘m just saying a IG story is not enough not in court - nowhere.
If Don raped her he should be in f***ing prison but we don‘t have anything against him besides a IG story. In Germany a rapper was accused of raping a IG model - the feminist community already cancelled him and then it came out through court that it wasn‘t true.

it’s such a gross false narrative that a lot of women lie about sexual assault for fame. of course there are exceptions and it absolutely does happen, but by and large accusing someone famous publicly takes a tremendous amount of courage because not only do you have to relive the trauma but you’re gonna have to deal with random people in your replies who are fans of that artist saying you’re just a bird lying for clout

and as someone pointed out itt earlier the accused person rarely ever even goes to prison because our justice system consistently fails sexual assault victims. combine that with the fact that the famous accused person almost always has more money and better lawyers, and it’s even more of an uphill battle for victims making accusations. again i’m not saying we should jump to conclusions without evidence it’s just that women lying to take down careers isn’t as prevalent or fortuitous as some people make it seem
