no kidding. he's def more of an anniversary/download celebration type of character than one you'd just randomly drop. i just want him to be busted

I could see this one just rounding out the weak points from our current UI...maybe being like an EZA version of that. Boost the defense in his transformed state (if that happens), give him better offense, give him some conditional of increased dodge when facing Universal Saga characters, just something to freshen up the unit

writing that out it sounds weak, but if they could give a modern version of transformed UI Goku, that would be one of the 5 best TURs in the game
