Isn't that a given? Why would they have the same interest. You see a difference in interests throughout history.

It's not a given. How many people in capitalism think they can be the next Jeff Bezos if they work hard enough? How many people for example oppose unions despite being wage laborers?

Nothing wrong with thinking that you can be super successful it's a good mindset to have its just unlikely. Same thing with people who want to get into pro sports.

It's not a good mindset when the lottery chance of being a billionaire lets people vote against their own immediate self-interests again and again and again, let alone endure wage slavery and all that comes with it.

You're ignoring the point that it is not a given to most people that your interests as a worker are diametrically opposed to those of a capitalist.

Thinking you can be it is different from voting like you are it now. If I was poor I wouldn't vote as if I am a billionaire because that wouldn't help me. When people vote there are multiple issues on the ballot so they may be for one policy but against the candidate for other reasons. Also some people just vote for a color because someone told them.

Always fascinating to pop into threads like these, observing communists in their natural habitat

The way the thread title's written as a question to invite discussion, yet any other view is immediately hit with "dumbass, idiot, moron, re***d," etc

You can tell they think they're actually being persuasive too with all that hostility. Since it's likely that same tactic that pushed them into this worldview (fear of social ostracization from their young peers, being called stupid)

    Carry on, gentlemen

Gallileo got killed precisely BECAUSE he didn't believe the sun revolved around the world you moron.

You having access to information doesn't make you smarter than them, especially when you consider that even while having said access you still seem to get simple facts wrong.

The idea that you think "capitalism = buying and selling" further proves that even with an astonishing amount of information at your fingertips, you are and probably forever will be a mere idiot

Galileo died of natural causes at 77, he was put under house arrest though

You think you are smarter than Aristotle? Gallileo? Avicenna? You think humans lived in caves 300 years ago and were all mouthbreathing imbeciles like you currently are? You think Ancient Egypt had capitalism? Do you even know what capitalism means? Do you think capitalism appeared because a person "thought up a complex economic ideology"? Do you suffer from mental retärdation? Do you have a learning disability, did you finish school? Do you need help? Do your parents know what a smoothbrain you are? Have you ever read a book in your life? No, picturebooks don't count.

Yes. Yes. Yes. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. no. Yes

Capitalism cannot exist without the exploitation of those without capital and especially rewards and benefits the most selfish human beings among us, particularly those born with capital.

Capitalism is a system designed to continue a cycle of wealth for those that already have it and gradually worsens conditions for those without capital. It is not a fair system. It is not a merit based system. Capitalism is simply a structuring of the economy that enriches the few at the top, while harming the rest and offering a small amount of mid-level opportunities for handful of people willing to exploit their peers to please those above them. It’s not a good system, we’ve just been conditioned to believe that it’s good through propaganda and campfire ghost stories of other economic systems.

Mfs in America will say capitalism is the only system that works, but won’t allow socialist systems fail on their own.

US forces have held Latin American farmers at gun point for labor organizing and have overthrown democratically elected socialist leaders and placed capitalist lapdogs in power that let private enterprise run wild, then point to instability in those countries as a problem caused by socialism. Makes sense.
