Even as a stan, no, because 1979-1996 was brutal.
It's up there though because 1963-1976 had, what, 9 great/classic albums in 14 years? Crazy good run, with lots of variety, groundbreaking music and interesting collaborations. Then he picked it up for another strong 10 year run from 1997-2006.

The sad reality is that Bob Dylan has some s***ty albums just like some of my goats do, they all just humans and people will glorify some albums by them that are just okay, I’m not a fan of idolizing
But yeah he had some decent comebacks here and there once in a blue moon
Not Dark Yet is one hell of a motherfucking song tho I’ll tell you that, impeccable mash of the poetic lyrics and the melody, it stands up there next to his best 60s material
