It doesn’t just sort itself out if you don’t make any dietary changes

I mean I’ve had so bad growing up, my mom had to force me to take the constipation pills. Sometimes a week would go by and not a single s***.
If you don’t know about the constipation pills, it’s the ones where they shovel a big ass capsule up your a******
If you want to go immediately, magnesium glycinate or citrate in powder form will work better and faster than fiber in powder form. Take 2-3x the recommended servings at a time

Yeah I just meant if it's been since 4 years old I was wondering if he hadn't gotten a doctor's advice
Being constipated for too long is dangerous p sure or at very least bad for your colon health?
I've never experienced it like that but hope you guys get it figured out
Squatty potty can help too

P sure citrate is the laxative one
Could always try a laxative tho like ducolax or something like that (had that in the hospital when I was on opiates for weeks from a broken femur)
since 4 is crazy you’re probably f***ed tbh sorry op
I had issues for a couple of years and just reduced red meat and saturated fats consumption by a lot + started eating a lot of beans, extra virgin olive oil and drank more water
You should prob travel to see expert gastroenterologists atp

try eating 1 yellow dragonfruit per day. Should help
I was having (pretty severe) problems for a while with it until a couple years ago, I started taking a magnesium pill + Align probiotic pill + CVS fiber gummies every night before bed. And ever since then my s***ting has been pretty perfect.
Go to a gastroenterologist if you haven't already
Stop eating wheat
Avoid dairy until you have regular bowel movements
Cut back on the refined sugar bs
Chew your food, don’t inhale it. It should take you minutes to finish a meal, not seconds
A gut doctor could help if you can afford* one
Step TwoAim for at least one bowel movement everyday at similar time intervals, i.e. taking a morning dump or after work dump. It should be like clockwork.
Also means you should be eat at similar times everyday as well
Apple juice and a few tablespoons of EV olive oil will help
Magnesium glycinate everyday helps
Step ThreeAim for bowel movements after each meal
Look for one solid, long brown stool with each BM
You shouldn’t experience any gas, bloating, or stomach pain at this point.
Thank you ScatGPT
Nope I usually always leave two big perfect Twix bars side by side in the toilet each morning. My colon is A1
I'm not seeing cytrate in that list of meds so I think OP is a total phony
Edit not a single comment on cytrate? Have any of you really ever had constipation if you haven't needed to down a half to a full bottle of magnesium cytrate?
Basically the only thing that works no matter what at a 0% failure rate. I had 2/3 of a bottle last night and just dropped like 5 pounds. It's only $2 a bottle

I've done that. It's f***ing brutal.
Call it 0.1% failure rate though. One time I used it and it didn't work. I was really going through it.

I use it pretty often, as my doctor directs me to. It's worked every time except maybe once, or really it took an extra half day or so to finally work
Definitely the most foolproof thing I've ever used
