I have an issue with the question. yes, causes exist, these are either in your hands or out of it. this is no reason to slack or not try to mold your life into what you want it to be.

But don't you kind of decide that for yourself though, I mean obviously there's certain things that you uniquely would fit into better then others and vice verse but are we destined to do those things if we never seek them out? I believe in destiny but the logical part of my mind clashes with this idea

luck is the majority of it, to be lucky in being birthed into the right biological and/or socia econimic advantage.

This is still not a reason to give up, life is unfair but you must still try to grow.
